How can I refund a customer?

You have 5 ways to refund a customer for any approved return request. You can refund the customer even before you receive the item back at your warehouse.

Here are the steps to refund a customer:

1. Once approved, click on the Refund option available on your request detail page. It looks like this:

2. Once clicked, choose the refund mode and click the Refund button.
