What to do if my logistic partner is not integrated with Return Prime?

Get to know the right way to use Return Prime if your choice of logistic in not available.

At Return Prime, logistics integration is at our heart. We have seen merchants spending endless hours on dealing with logistic partners and trust me, none of them ever liked it :) Here is what you can do if you don't find your logistic partner available:

1. Click the blue chat button below and let Wonder Women know about it (She is the most powerful among all of us).

2. Until the integration is made available, you should start using rest of the amazing feature of the app and make use of an interesting feature called "Manual Label Upload" to approve all requests and to send labels or tracking details to your customers. Just choose Others/Manual option under Logistic Partner option and hit the Approve button.

You can also request a new integration request by connecting us with the logistic provider team. Just drop a mail to help@returnprime.com and we will take care of the integration for you.
