How to connect your Easebuzz account to capture additional amount from customers on Return Prime

Step by step guide to capture payments from customers using your Easebuzz account

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to capture additional payments from your customers incase of both -
1. Exchange their purchase with any other product available in your store
2. Capture additional Return/Exchange Fees.

Here are the steps to enable this on your account:-


1. Open Return Prime dashboard and click on > Settings > Integrations.

2. Scroll down and find Easebuzz in the list and click on the activate button to provide the required details.



3. Here you will need to provide the Easebuzz Payments "API key" and "API Salt" in order to activate it.
You will also need to copy the webhook url mentioned and paste it on Easebuzz Dashboard and subscribe to transaction webhook. Here's a step by step documentation to add webhook on Easebuzz - What are Webhooks ? | 2. Payment Gateway

NOTE - Please reach out to your Easebuzz Account Manager to provide you with the Easebuzz Payments API key and API Salt.


4. Once done then click on the "Save and activate" button.


NOTE - Enabling the payment capture flags is mandatory for collecting any additional amount (e.g., price difference on exchanges or return fees) during the return/exchange journey. These settings can be activated from the Policies section, as shown in the image below.
