How to enable exchange for out of stock items

  1. 1. Open the Return Prime app and navigate to the settings menu.

  2. Access the "Policies" section within the settings.

  3. Scroll down to find the "Exchange Rules" section.

  4. Check the box to "Allow customers to place exchange requests even if product is out of stock on Shopifyin this section.

  5. Save your changes.
