If discounts or shipping charges are not applying correctly in GoKwik checkout, it is usually due to missing, incomplete, or conflicting configurations in the GoKwik dashboard or the store setup.
This may result in:
- Discounts not applying
- Shipping showing incorrect values
- “Pincode not serviceable” errors
- No shipping/discount visible at checkout
? Common Causes
1. Missing Discount Rules
- No active discount rule configured
- Rule is saved but not activated
2. Missing Shipping Rules
- No shipping rule created
- Rule not applicable to selected regions/pincodes
3. Rule Conflicts / Incorrect Conditions
- Conditions not matching (cart value, product type, etc.)
- Overlapping rules causing conflicts
4. GoKwik Engine Disabled
- Shipping/Discount engine turned OFF in settings
5. Platform-Level Overrides (WooCommerce / Shopify)
- Native coupons or shipping overriding GoKwik logic
- Custom theme/app conflicts
? Recommended Fix
Please follow the steps below:
✅ Step 1: Enable GoKwik Shipping & Discount Engine
Go to:
GoKwik Dashboard → Kwik Checkout → Settings → Generic
? Enable:
- Shipping
- Discount
✔ Click Save
✅ Step 2: Create / Verify Shipping Rules
Go to:
Kwik Offers → Shipping
✔ Ensure:
- At least one active shipping rule exists
- Rule covers all required regions/pincodes
- Logic is correct (Flat / Free above ₹X / Weight-based, etc.)
✅ Step 3: Create / Verify Discount Rules
Go to:
Kwik Offers → Discounts
✔ Ensure:
- Rule is created and activated (not in draft)
- Applicable to all products / intended products
- Conditions match (cart value, user, etc.)
? Tip:
If you don’t use discounts, create a 0% discount rule to avoid errors
✅ Step 4: Avoid Conflicts with Platform Rules
- Disable or review:
- WooCommerce coupons
- Shopify discount apps
- Ensure GoKwik is the primary engine for discounts/shipping
✅ Step 5: Test the Flow
- Add product to cart
- Enter pincode
- Verify:
- Shipping charge
- Discount application

After applying the above:
✅ Shipping charges should reflect correctly
✅ Discounts should apply as configured
❌ No “pincode not serviceable” errors
