How to integrate Australia Post with Return Prime

Step by Step guide to integrate your Australia Post account with Return Prime to generate return labels

Important Note: Australia Post requires you to re-apply for new API credentials even if you have been using it with any other software/service provider.

You can follow the below steps to integrate Australia Post with Return Prime:

1. Visit Australia Post Developers Centre and login to your account

2. Click on Register for a key button > Complete Registration button to request a working API credential

3. While applying, choose Yes for the question "Are you accessing API via a Platform Partner?" and select Other > RETURN PRIME in your answer.

4. Submit the request and wait for Australia Post to complete the verfiication. Once done, you will receive an email from Australia Post team with your production API credentials which has to be used on your Return Prime dashboard.

Tip: If you have not signed up for Australia Post Developer Program, you have to signup for that first before you can generate your credentials.
