Enable Return & Exchange from Order Pages

Provide a seamless post-purchase experience by allowing customers to initiate returns and exchanges directly from their Order History and Order Details pages.

Return Prime offers a simple extension that can be enabled within your Shopify admin to make this possible.

Follow the short video tutorial below to quickly enable the extension:

1. Go to Settings in your Shopify admin

2. Navigate to Checkout

3. From the top middle section, go to Customer Accounts → Orders

4. Open Return Prime: Order Return

5. Click the ( + ) icon next to Return Button

6. Select Order Status Page

7. Click Save

What This Does

Once enabled:

• Customers will see a Return/Exchange button on their order page

• They can initiate returns or exchanges directly without external links

• This ensures a smoother and faster return experience
